2. Off-Platform Data Use by Users
We cannot control the actions of other users. Users may take screenshots of your profile, pet photos, or chat messages and share them outside of the App. CARMEN SPECIALTY CORPORATION OF NEVADA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for the unauthorized dissemination of your personal information, photos, or location by other users. You consent to this risk by utilizing a public-facing profile.
3. Real-Time Location Tracking and Third-Party Risk
Our "Share My Location" feature relies on precise device GPS. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY for the misuse of this location data. We are not responsible for any stalking, physical harm, burglary, or harassment that occurs as a result of your use of this feature.
4. Data Sharing and Subprocessor Indemnity
We utilize third-party subprocessors (Supabase, AWS, Google, Apple, OpenStreetMap). COMPANY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY for any data breaches, negligence, or privacy violations committed by these independent third parties.
5. Communications and Safety Monitoring
While we log interactions, we do not actively monitor all real-time chat contents. We disclaim any obligation to police user communications.
6. Retention, Deletion, and Legal Hold
We strive to delete data within 90 days upon request. However, we explicitly reserve the right to retain data indefinitely to protect the corporation, owners, and affiliates from legal liability, lawsuits, or claims, particularly in the event a real-world altercation between users is reported.
